This one is an amazing product. The intensity of massage with soothing heat is the perfect combination of enjoying the massage and getting relief from neck pain. Since most of the people use mobile phones and keep looking/ reading or playing games by bending the neck/ head while keeping the phone at waist level especially when sitting in public transport or in the office, park, restaurants etc.. this massager provides lots of relief from the neck pain. We purchased a knee massager from this same company 4 years ago and it is still going strong and is used regularly by my family. Because we had such a positive experience from our first purchase, I decided to buy this pillow massager as well. This thing is a lifesaver! The design is simple, is of a pillow size but this baby is very strong a massager! The most striking feature of this massager is it versatility. You could basically massage your lower back, your upper back, your shoulders, and your neck depending on where you put the pillow. I find out that for massaging your lower back, put it on the chair between your lower back and the back support, for upper back and shoulder, on the back support of the couch on upper side, and for relieving the pain in your neck, put the pillow in the bed and rest your head thereon.This pillow has an ergonomic design where the nodes hit just the right spots and gives a relaxing massage. I love that I can read a book or watch tv while it's kneading away! the massager has three shiatsu modes (clockwise, anticlockwise…), three massage intensities, three vibration modes in term of frequency, and three heating levels. You can combine the intensity of massage, modes of kneading, modes of frequency, and intensity of heating by manipulating the controller.Honestly, I look forward to using it every day after work. It helps relieve the tension in my back, shoulder and neck especially from the long hours sitting/standing at my computer. I feel so much more relaxed afterwards. This neck/back massage pillow was perfect for my low back muscle aches. This massager covers your low back. If you want to use it as a neck massager, you would just flip it and lie on it. I didn't find it particularly comfortable lying flat on it for the neck massage, but it was comfortable if I reclined. I wanted this only to put in my office chair to massage my back anyway. What I love about it is it's pretty compact and not bulky compared to most massagers. It doesn't take much room as far as storage. You can set this in a large office chair or a recliner easily and be perfectly comfortable. You can adjust the heat to high, medium, or low. It comes with a removable pad so you can feel the heat better with the pad off. You can also adjust the rotation of the rollers where it will go in the opposite direction. It also has a vibration mode which I don't use but some people might like to have. It seems sturdy and well made and easy to wipe clean. This also comes with a 1 year warranty which you can extend to 3 years for free so no need to buy the extended warranty. The only negative is I would have liked more rollers in the back, but then that would probably make the product bigger. In my opinion, this is a very reasonably priced, well-made massager that did its intended job and soothed my sore muscles.

I liked the massager for my lower back, as it really helped loosen those tight muscles. The fabric is a little rough, so don't put it on your bare skin. It heats up nicely, and that helps as well. The pressure is good and can vary depending on how much you push against it. It's a pretty good value for your money; I would recommend it.

This product feels good when it's working. It'll work for awhile then the kneading rollers will stop all together. The heat and everything else still works, but I mainly purchased it for the shiatsu style kneading rollers. I need to check the window for return and if it's not too late, may have to send it back. Hello, Today my review is for the Comfier brand Shiatsu Massager Pillow with heat for neck, back, shoulder and legs. The model is CF-1228. I think the price point is great for what you get out of this little massager. It packs a good shiatsu and the timer gives you a decent amount of time 30 mins exactly before it auto shuts off. I like the heat as it is not too hot and just right for comfort. The shiatsu pressure is just comfortable so it isn’t hurting you but enough to make an impact on sore muscles. The massager offers three levels of vibration and three levels of heat settings to choose from. It has four different settings for shiatsu kneading so you can’t ask for much more. It comes with a long enough cord to reach most outlets, an instruction booklet and an attached remote for the different level settings and on/off switch. I have used it countlessly over and over in a row for hours without it overheating and shutting off. I have tried it on my lower back, upper back, neck area, legs, back of my arms/elbow area and feet. I throughly enjoy it on my legs and feet without the attached cover. Overall, I have no complaints that I can see so far on this machine. I would recommend it for anyone with overuse, sore muscles, joint pain or relaxation purposes.
