It really works as expected
Works just like the original, it does not overheats, and charges the watch normally. Also fits same size as the original charger for SE Apple Watches.

Good, not as fast as apple
The charger is easy to use just like the original. Chord is a little longer. The only reason I take off a star is because it charges slower than the original but it does the job. I can charge it for a couple of hours and it will reach full charge.

Slow as molasses in winter
Meh. They work but super slow to charge compared to the actual Apple product. Slow enough that I can't recommend them unless you just need a few on the cheap.
