I usually stay away from reviews, especially of subjective products as I'm very aware everyone is different and there will be different results for different people and their physiology, patience, preferences and temperament (some people just love to complain for complaining's sake).I was a bit skeptical initially, and I knew if these mushroom gummies did anything it could take a while, if any noticeable difference even happened. After my first two weeks of taking these daily, I started noticing I was more attentive, more motivated and focused on work and other aspects of my life. I tried to be rational and wanted to make sure it wasn't a placebo effect. So after my first month supply was out, I didn't buy or take more for another month. I started falling back into bad habits and brain fog, and got a bit lethargic again and lost much of my motivation.So I tried it again and I can safely say they make a difference, and its not just a placebo effect for me. And now that I am continuing to take them, I have more motivation, feel more focused and healthy, I have more good habits and choices and I honestly feel its a large part due to these mushroom gummies. So I am going to continue to take these as they definitely work well for me.My only critique is they are pricey compared to other brands, often twice as much. Sure I could try another brand to see if I have similar results for less of a cost, but I am very happy continuing with these until I have a reason not to continue buying and using these. But it would be nice if they were a bit cheaper.So I can safely recommend these as they work for me, but keep in mind, that doesn't mean they will work for everyone, and thats ok. It doesn't mean its a bad product, it just may not be the right product for you.

These taste great. I do feel more clarity. I gave it 3 stars due to the continued price increases. When I signed up for auto pay...first shipment was $30, then it went up to $35, then went up to $40. Honestly I didn't feel like I was getting noticeable changes in my overall health to pay the extra $. I canceled my subscription. There's other supplements I can use for clarity that's cheaper.

So I took one gummy everyday for about a week in a half and I am a person that has been constipated my whole life but have gotten it pretty well under control by taking miralax daily, or Metamucil, and the occasional overnight laxative which all of those things usually work great for me and I have been doing really well going regularly the past couple of months. Until I started taking this gummy, I was excited to try it as I have anxiety, low motivation, foggy brain, tired all the time and it advertises to help with a lot of those things and the reviews were mixed saying it works for some doesn’t work for others so I was prepared for it to help or not help and that would be fine. But I was not prepared for it to make me extremely constipated to the point where absolutely no laxative was working. I didn’t see anybody else talk about this in the reviews so idk, maybe I’m the only one because I already have pre existing issues with being constipated but this made it so much worse. So if you’re someone with stomach issues like IBS I would tell you to stay far away from these.

As a forager I’m always skeptical of store bought mushroom products as mushrooms tend to lose their medicinal properties when cooked/treated with heat. Decided to give these hummus a try, anyway. The first thing that hits you in the face when you pop these in your mouth is the pungent raspberry flavor. Mushrooms have a very earthy taste to them and you get none of that here - only sugar stuffed raspberry jelly like the little Smuckers packets some restaurants hand you with your breakfast toast. I’ve been taking thaw for about three weeks now, and I feel like some of the brain fog that has been haunting me lately has lifted. Whether this is a placebo effect of the real deal, it is getting the job done. I am satisfied.

This is crazy, received this yesterday and took 2 this morning and It’s 9:01pm and I’m still not tired! WTH!! I might just take 1 tomorrow, so at least my body can start to whine down at its normal time 8:30p.. This is absolutely a great purchase if you’re working out or wanting to read a book or possibly some house cleaning. I started out the gate with 2 and it has me up. Two 👍🏽👍🏽 up for energy and focus.
