Good patch
Good stuff Frezes cold enough but still a bit soft to wrap around the back. 10-15 minutes keeps it cool, enough time for a bit a pain relief

These have been really useful after surgery. Freeze really quickly. They're a good size. Worked well for pain relief. Good value for money. I haven't yet used them hot.

Really does the job
I am experiencing some pain in my hips at the moment and was advised by my physio to use a packet of frozen peas to ease the pain, didn't fancy that so purchased the reusable cold pack and it really works !!!!! So glad I bought this.
