The item was delivered very quickly - Fulfilled by Amazon - and rolled in to a very sturdy poster tube stapled at each end. That's worth a star in itself given how some sellers pack their products.The method of postage does no doubt add crimples to the transfer (see below) but there's no criticism here because this is the only practicable way of sending it.I have to say that I have used a significant number of wall decals over the years and friends ask me to apply for them the ones that they have bought i.e. I know what I am doing. I even used a decal squegee for this transfer and I still struggled. This one was one of most difficult to apply to the wall. It really was a tricky process and one which I almost gave up on. The problem, for me, was that the adhesive which glues the transfer to the front sheet is very strong *but* the adhesive which glues the monkey to the wall is not very strong at all. The transfer process which involves placing the weak adhesive to the wall and rubbing the front sheet whilst peeling simply does not therefore work very well. It is just too difficult to get the black transfer off the front sheet by rubbing - parts of the transfer remain stuck to the front sheet and finger work is needed to literally prize, with utmost gentleness, the transfer from the front sheet. Other parts of the transfer come off normally and are easy to apply. I have very rarely come across this problem with wall decals and it is disappointing to observe the problem here. Four stars is probably being a bit generous given the problems I had. I managed to miss part of the monkey's right arm/hand. So my monkey is not complete!It is however still possible to apply the transfer but the bubbles and stripes that result from a faulty application technique (not necessarily the fault of the person applying the decal) require a lot of work to get out. Using a credit card/decal squegee it's a case of easing the air bubbles to the side of the decal. Creases as more difficult - it is possible with gentle touch to remove parts of the decal from the wall, straighten them out and reapply. If you do this you do risk damaging the decal (making the problem worse) and also degrading the adhesive.The image quality is however very good and if you like the design and are willing to engage in a delicate and potentially frustrating exercise then go for it.The product picture gives a good and honest estimate of the size. 24 hours on and the decal has stayed up without problems. My other half doesn't like it though and says that the monkey must go ;-( Because the right hand of the monkey is missing I'll pull it off the wall.I wouldn't buy another one.Anyway, a few tips:1) If you are in the habit of applying decals frequently then buy a decal squegee. If not, have a credit card to hand to smooth out the bumps and lines both upon taking the decal out of the poster tube (follow the instructions included!) and during/after application.2) Don't panic when you hit a snag and don't, whatever you do, pull at any part of the black sticker unless you are very careful. Otherwise you will break the decal (they are delicate although this one is more sturdy than many). If you break the decal it is very difficult to make it look right.3) Start at the top edge - placing the front sheet top edge on to the wall - and work downwards smoothing each half centimetre as you go. However, this decal is tricky to apply (see comments above) and I would advise that out of necessity you will likely need to depart from the textbook advice and start working off to the side. This is especially true of the monkey's tail - it will break if you work in a horizontal left margin to right margin row. I think this is because there is just not enough surface area on the tail (the side that sticks to the wall) to overcome the strong adhesive on the front sheet.

Looks great but very hard to put up

I have ordered lots of decals before and i have to say that putting this up was one of the easiest applications ive ever done, it looks great and is very striking. Make sure of measurements though as its bigger than i thought it would be and wouldnt fit on the wall i had planned, oh well it still looks awesome where it is now!I cant give it 5 stars yet as im unable to verify how easy it is to remove yet.

Good sticker. 10 days to receive it is not on, though.

Very pleased with this. Went on the wall easily and was a very good price. More importantly, my son loves it and it looks great on his bedroom wall.

Was awkward to get up but well worth it
