Fits perfectly.
Fits in the slot snuggly and the holes are accurate enough that my tooless 5.25 bay removal thing had no problems snapping down and holding it into place. The fan attached just fine as well. It doesn't come with a grill to reduce dust entrance to the case, so I ended up ordering a cheap plastic one and super gluing it into place over it.

I feel like a fool, I didn't know this was 3d printed, I have a 3d printer and found this blueprint. I could had just made this myself Hahaha... well anyways, I paid for less stress on my 3d printer i guess... yeah that's what I tell myself :-)
