I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t leak. However, the seller was great and sent new washers, and ultimately the unit still leaked. Tried everything to stop the leaking, but I think I got a bad unit. Company refunded me. I really liked it the small time we used it!

This is a high quality shower head. I do not have pressure issues but I installed w/o the water flow regulator and it was too much water. Honestly it was just like running the water full force from a water faucet. Installed the flow regulator and it is now perfect! Great pressure and flow. Added additional extension so this is now truly an overhead rain shower head. Some parts are quality chrome look plastic and others are actually metal. Plumbing tape is included to help with installing

My hubby always wants rain shower head and finally he got it! He loves it! Bigger shower head than one we had so easier to wash my hair. However you can't move it around so can't massage my legs or hard to use clean tub..

Just put this in my shower tonight and my little bathroom has been transformed into something magical. Feels like I majorly upgraded to spa level.Time will be the test to see if this rusts-curious to see how it holds up! However, the installation was super easy (less than 10 minutes), took no tools and the plumber's tape (although not a ton) came with it in case you wanted some to use, which was nice. I love that it came *with* the extension arm and the all chrome look is nice. The metal seems high quality and looks sleek; hopefully it maintains this long-term. I left the flow restrictor in and the water flow was still very strong-no problems for me.

NOT 9 inches! I measured and the diameter of the surface that produces water is about 6 inches, then you have a lip that covers 2 inches. So 8 inches total, but 6 inches actual coverage. If you are looking for a very wide 9 inch coverage as they say, just know they are not being honest. That being said the item does function well, good pressure, no leaks. I just don't like it when companies lie about their product.

This was an excellent, low-cost upgrade on my shower. The shower in my master bedroom has two shower heads and one simply didn't produce enough water to do more than piddle down the side of the shower. I seriously though that there was a problem with the plumbing, but wanted to try something before ripping out tile. Changing the shower head did the trick. Since this was a secondary shower head, I really wanted the rain-style overhead type. So far this has been great. It's got more water pressure than I expected, no leaks from the arm or shower head, I'm happy that a new shower head did the trick to "repair" the plumbing.

It was easy to install, and adjust daily. The shower stream is very comfortable and soft on the skin, but ample. Its not a low-flow though and I run out of hot water faster than my previous shower head. I have a VERY small shower and I adjust it several times in one session. I'm 5'4 and my BF is 6'1" - it can go all the way up to accommodate him - a luxury he rarely gets to enjoy, as well as go low enough an me to be at my neck--I like to shower sometimes without getting my hair wet or just have the hot water be on my sore shoulders - this is PERFECT for that.

I purchased the AquaSpa 9 inch Round Rain Showerhead. I was curious about the water quality before and after using the new filter inside. Unfortunately, the results indicated very luttle change in the ph levels. The shower head is Awesome and is exactly what I was looking for. If you have a skin condition don't rely on this filter. I just put in a filter that covers the whole house. I love this as a shower head and will still use this product. Great price!

the extension arm cannot be installed straight because there is no adjustable nut on that end. So don’t matter what you do the arm will crooked and water Shooting at the shower walls. Very disappointed. Waste of money and time
