Good value
These are great. However 2 of the sticks are SOOOOO long they don't fit into any heater so I can't really use them

I have a set of traditional rattan sticks, but these are superior by far. Smoothness, weight and the fact that it hold heat so well makes it all worth it

Although I don't have it down pat yet using these....it is going to help add years to my massage practice.

True Bamboo?
I purchased these to test them out. I am a LMT and these never got warm. They are smooth and look well made however they never heated up so I returned them. You could still use them for Myofacial release but I wouldn’t recommend them for professionals or maybe I got a bad set. They also didn’t come with instructions.

Nice quality set of Gua Sha massage tools
I’ve had a Gua Sha massage done at a local acupuncture center and I loved it. I had tight muscles and old scar tissue that seemed to just melt away after a few appointments. I knew I had to have a set of these tools for myself. Some are easier to use on myself on certain body areas and others I need some help from hubs. Overall, it’s the best tool set for self massage I’ve ever used. The tools are nice bamboo and all smooth edges, it’s easy to wipe clean as well. It storage away in a bag when not in use but I like to have some of the smaller ones out for when I finish my daily workout.

Nicely smoothed tools for impact play
I admit I got these more for impact play than for massage although I suppose they could be used that way as well. The set includes a couple of longer heavier 22" sticks, several medium 15" inch sticks of varying diameter, a few shorter 6" sticks that seem to be intended as foot rollers, and a handy storage bag.They are all very smooth without any cracks or flaws and feel very solid when they hit the backs of my thighs!Price on Amazon is ~$70 shipped which isn't too bad and is comparable to other products I found.
