Neatly done,the lamination is done properly my only gripe is that the posters are duplicates.You think you're getting different sets on the other side but it's a duplicate of another poster.

Good way to remind you of different exercises. 2 of the pages were duplicate but they did give pictures on both sides which is good.

Great laminated posters
Received 3 laminated posters with instruction on both sides. First shipment one poster was damaged but returned and reordered another that came right away. Very happy with these!

False advertisement
It is made to.look like you get 3 different sheets front and back. In reality, you get 2 different sheets. The third sheet is a duplicate.

I am really impress with these laminated posters. They are perfect for a work out as they are in front of me and it is a good aide memoir as i work through my routine. I have used a book in the past and it is difficult as i had to flip pages and it broke up my session

Love the posters, but the pictures could have been larger, so they can be followed whilst exercising. Otherwise lovely.
