Well, who knows Bach flower essences - doesn't need recommendation. Who doesn't or who tried but didn't have any knowledge - please read Bach's leaflet at least... This is fantastic support for your emotional well being, all natural, without filling your body with chemicals, like bigpharma would like you to do all the time. Respect your body, respect yourself, use the natural. And this is working amazingly!

Used these remedies many years ago ( various ones) and found them effective at the time. Only just arrived so cannot comment on this particular remedy as such but items arrived safely, well protected and ahead of time given. Would prefer larger bottles for obvious reasons, since using every day means that they soon need replacing and cost mounts up. There are various books on remedies which help one to choose what you need.

I was surprised at the efficacy of this particular compound. I tried it at night before I went to bed. I used the dropper to drop 15 drops of the liquid straight onto my tongue. It doesn't have a bad taste to it (alcohol suspension). Within 15 minutes of taking it, I was very sleepy and went to sleep straight away. I had a deep slumber and woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all.I would recommend this to anyone needing to calm their nerves and generally just have an overall relaxed feeling. I would recommend it to any needing a sudden feeling of relaxation as this compound works, at least it does for me. Everyone is different.

My 4 year old son had changed his personality after the birth of his baby brother. He became a bully and always tormented him relentlessly. It is a convenient size, beautifully packaged, and arrived much sooner than expected. I love that I can make individualized formulas for my family friends to try. My life has improved dramatically since using the formulas and I couldn't be happier. I ordered The Bach Remedies Workbook by Stefan Ball to help me learn how to use the remedies more effectively and it's a great tool as well.

I tried the product for a few days, somehow it was not suitable to me. Problem: Might have increased my blood pressure or may be some other reason in change of blood pressure. I may try once again to make sure does it increase blood pressure or not.
