Catalina Crunch has been my go-to for fast/low-effort keto friendly breakfast for a while now. I've tried other brands and they've all been quite disappointing in flavor or texture.These pairings varieties are really great addition.I hope you do more like these. Strawberry maybe?

I limit my meat consumption (and don't eat beans) so I'm always on the lookout for a protein boost. This is a great solution. Compared to many of these, it has less sugar. I particularly like the chocolate, not so much the peanut butter.

Due to recently been diagnosed with diabetes I wanted to give this brand a try because I am a big cereal person; so I got the six pack just so I could try a variety that they have at first glance because they just arrived today, I noticed that the packaging was not completely full to the top. I don’t know it half empty bags kind of worrying me I will do a follow up review on the taste I am excited to try. I am going to attach a photo of what I’m talking about about how much of the bag is empty like why not get just an 8 ounce size bag because that’s very misleading🤣 the picture that I took is the fruity Catalina Crunch and it literally is only a half of a bag. The top half is air. The bags are not as bad. Just not sure of whether it was worth the money. To be continued.🤣😂

I tried Catalina Crunch cereal, sampling four flavors: Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Honey Graham, and Cinnamon Toast. I’ll give credit where it’s due: the cereal was crunchy as promised, and the nutrition profile is solid — lots of fiber, good protein content, and no sugar. That’s all great on paper.However, I was really hoping for more when it came to taste. There wasn’t anything technically wrong with the product, but the flavors were just… blah. Nothing stood out, nothing made me want to go back for another bite. I wanted something to spark my taste buds, and this just didn’t deliver.Unfortunately, this didn’t live up to the hype for me. I won’t be buying Catalina Crunch again.

I love this cereal! All the flavors are delicious. I put it on my yogurt or just eat it with milk as a snack or for a meal. It is filling and satisfying. The no added sugar and high protein is key! The price is very reasonable for the size of the bag.

I love cereal so it's nice to have some that is low in carbs. I like the peanut butter chocolate combo the best. I made marshmallow treats using the low carb marshmallows and that was very good!
