It's difficult to know how these are benefiting us exactly .. perhaps our joint problems are improving but it's hard to say. I do believe Zestlife to produce high quality products and so still have confidence in them.

Very good price and quick delivery. Haven't tried this brand before but it looks to be better value than others I have tried for the same quality. I bought a double pack and the use by date on the outer bag was different (earlier) to the one on the individual packs, so I am going with the individual dates.

good quality Krill oil

This is a great fish oil complex for boosting your omega 3 with a good balance of EPA and DHA using the pretty standard industry ratio. Although I've not had omeg 3 capsules derived from krill as often as standard ones it;s a good choice as is is more sustainable. I've taken fish oil supplements years and wouldn't be without them as I know how beneficial they are to me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits specific to you and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know a good omega 3 supplement is the right supplement for you right now then this is a great choice if you want less risk of super fishy burps afterwards as these seem to induce less of this than standard ones and it's also a great choice if you're looking for a more sustainable source of omega 3 and will last around 2 months between the two packs at the recommended 2 caps per day.

I've used col-liver oil for years, but was keen to try krill oil to see if it has similar benefits.The pot comes with 60 small soft gel tablets, which as two-a-day will last a month. It's only half-full though, and this twin pack could have fitted into one, reducing waste. They do get a bit sticky if left for long periods so maybe they think a month for an open pot is long enough. There's a foil seal when you first open them.The tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste. There's no aftertaste either, you'd hardly know you've taken them. I've replaced my usual joint supplements with these, and I think they are providing the same improvements, for slightly less money. My joints don't click quite so much and my hair feels less dry. Certainly worth taking.

Over the many years of being a Vine reviewer, I have tested a great many fish capsule products. Some have been poor, others very good. This product is at the very good end of the spectrum.Krill oil has virtually all the benefits of fish oils, but without the after taste, you can sometimes get from taking large oil-filled capsules. A second benefit is that the oil these tablets contain supposedly come from a sustainable source. They are small and have no taste. I take one in the morning and one in the evening for joint and heart care. I do not like to eat fish, but I still want the benefits of the Omega oils. These tablets deliver such benefits. Whilst no tablet is ever better than a balanced diet that is rich in the vitamins, minerals and oils you need, such fish supplements are great if you hate the taste of eating fish. Overall, these are great tablets and offer very good value compared to some brands. I am therefore happy to recommend them.
