Nothing special about this soy
Was interested so I bought a bottle from my local store. It was murky brown not clear. Taste wise, nothing special about it. It was on the milder lower salt side. Don't think I'll ever splurge for soy sauce again unless it's from Japan. Frankly I think you are better off with cheap soy.
