Works as expected. I used it on an outdoor storage box. The water beads up upon contact with the wood now. Use this product in a well-ventilated area. The fumes are brutal. I used it outside, and the fumes still lingered. I used a 3M filter mask when applying it, but still smelled the fumes when I returned to the box to see if it was dry. And the box was outside while drying.

Have purchased other flexseal products in the past, so was anxious to try this spray can which makes it much easier to apply than some of the other products and does a good job of ceiling. Any leaks that you have. I use mine on a corner for a gutter on the outside, and we live in a climate that can vary from 10° below 0 to 101° above.

Good product but goes on thick, hard to get a even coat.

I bought Flex Seal paint to seal the insides of my gutters at the joints and ends and it works great. I was highly impressed by the quality of the material and how easily it covered all of the areas. I no longer have any leaks now and my garage is nice and dry. Believe the hype - it really works!

After using every other brand out there, on a multitude of projects.....Flex Seal is hands down the winner. Yeah, I know the cheesy ads on TV bothered me too. I always thought it wouldn't be worth my money too. I've gotta say it is legit great. This gray is your average gray, so it blends well. I am a believer, try it. You do need multiple coats, and it needs 3 days to actually cure pretty hard. The longer the cure, the tougher the coating will be out in the elements. Once it's cured, you have a UV tolerate item. It does fade slightly over time, but so does everything else. This is my opinion on this spray style, nothing else.

I used this on a pool pump leak between two types of pipe materials (PVC to ABS that the appropriate glue didn't last) that I didn't want to cut out and try again. This sealed it perfectly and the leak is 100% gone!!! Strongly recommend this product!

Product worked great after I let it warm up. We had a cold spell and the FLEX was in my shed. I went to use it, I shook it up and pressed the button. It was liquified, bounced off what I was sealing and splattered. It dawned on me that the FLEX could not mix well with the cold. I set it in the sun (65deg that day), had a cup of coffee, went back and used it again - Perfect. Will definitely reorder.
