MAFEX No.171 Wolverine (X-Force Ver.) Total Height: Approx. 5.7 inches (145 mm), Painted Action Figure

I've been putting off getting this figure for a while because there was other stuff that I wanted to get but the price on him keeps going up so I'm glad I got it before it got ridiculously expensive also keep in mind that this is not a toy for children it is a high quality import for adult collectors

I love this wolverine!

Out of the box the figure looks great until looking up super close little color blemishes here and there no figure is perfect it cant be helped ..but out of the box both legs on my figure at the hip joint were very loose and the right butterfly joint was also very loose but I was able to fix all that with a little bit of Krazy glue and now the figure can actually stand on its own without any help from the stand provided with the figure overall a good figure but it's not without flaws

Considering this is a collectors item and priced as such the original package is just as important as the item. The box was dented in several spots and tore in another. The stickers from the warehouse weren't appeasing, but considering the rest of the box, it wasn't an issue. The item itself was all there and as advertised. I was going to give a 3 star rating but seeing as all reviews that weren't a 5 star have been deleted a 2 is well deserved. Guess I'll see after the holidays if I have to return it...

Arms WERE EXTREMELY SUPER LOOSE

Mafex does it again with another amazing comic figure. This X-Force Wolverine is near perfect. Paint, sculpt, articulation. It's so much fun to play around with in-hand and to set on display. This is one of my favorite costumes for Wolverine and it scales perfectly with other 1/12th lines of figures. I do wish it came with an unmasked head but the heads from previous Mafex Wolverine figures do fit this figure and there are plenty of custom Logan heads available if you feel the need to add one to your collection. This is easily the definitive figure of X-Force Wolverine and a great addition to any collection.If you've never had a Mafex figure then keep in mind that these figures are not built to be children's toys so the joints will come apart if they're pushed too hard. They're designed to come apart in places to prevent breakage when getting into crazy poses but they can still break if pushed too far. The wrist pegs in particular can snap if they get stuck. A little heat (hot water or heat gun/hair dryer) will usually do the trick if you find any joints sticking. I haven't had any trouble with this figure but I've had other Mafex figures need to be heated up a bit after being shipped through cold weather.
