I like this product because it helps me feeling younger and I can keep up with my exercise classes at the YMCA

Do the research and see what it does in terms of the 7 pillars of aging. I feel more energy after taking this for 2 weeks and less muscle pain. I am in my early 60's and plan to take this forever. Even cut back on some other supplements to afford buying this since it isn't cheap (buck a pill per day).
