Love this couch, and it is so worth every penny unlike other people, the one I got is a pure white, my only complaint that it is not so easy to put together as the clips do not align properly, and they should be addressed by the manufacturer

Ordered this Couch with chaise sectional in September. I received box 1 and no box 2. Calling and texting with Amazon and Naomi customer service many times to find out where box 2 was. Saw a package tracking number was on its way. It was not they only created a shipping label. Finally saw some movement only to receive a 2nd chaise. No couch. Ended up trying to cancel the order. Still waiting for help with my refund. Constant emails from Naomi, Amazon. Naomi customer service doesn't read their emails with information on order ID with pictures. Constantly asking for pictures which I sent multiple times. Will update if Amazon actually helps me with my request to cancel with full refund. Speaking with both Amazon and Naomi customer service is with a foreign country. Good luck with that.

The joints do not fit well, in order to assemble it you have to open the mounting points with a screwdriver and it is difficult. Badly designed. The grip sticker on the back cushions is of poor quality, I will have to replace it soon. The color says white, but it really isn't, it's not even bone white, it's more cream. They should put the color well with an international scale.

This couch was relatively easy to assemble, some parts were hard to latch but overall not bad. I like how functional it is. Couch pulls out easily and I like the storage. It looks great! The only issues is that it feels a little cheap and the couch is VERY firm. But overall you get what you pay for I think.

The media could not be loaded.  Este sofá quizás no es tan cómodo como otros, pero por el precio no se puede pedir más. Es bonito, duradero, y no se ve de mala calidad. Solo la esponja de la parte de abajo de los aciertos, no es tan blanda. Pero tampoco se torna tan incomodo. Creo q se ve muy bonito en mi sala y estoy feliz con el resultado q obtuve por el precio q pague.

We ordered a small sofa from Naomi. It arrived on time, but was delivered to another neighborhood by FedEx. I was able to find it and then it took two trips to get the two big boxes back—Naomi nor FedEx were not helpful with this.Then, when assembling the sofa (which was pretty straightforward) the back piece did not fit. I have reached out on many occasions, but they just keep giving me the run around. They can say they responded to me, but only with requests for more pictures/videos that they claim they cannot open.I have followed all their directions and still no refund/replacement. I am just asking for pieces that fit so we can safely use the sofa!
