Great product
Works great !! Very easy to use. I made a batch of 8 cups of rice. I should have cut down on a cup of water but the rice tasted good. It is a bit pricey but if you make lots of rice often this will not disappoint. I mainly use it for catering orders, however I'm sure I can use it for my personal / at home use.

Good rice cooker
Bought about 2 months ago. Works very good so far.

Flimsy
Product felt flimsy. Inner Cover fell off while machine was closed. Used it only few times.Also inconsistent cooking. Same recipe sometime water leaked out other times not
