Delicious & fine grind
Very well sealed for freshness. Very fine grind, good for making pancakes, waffles, drop biscuits, etc. Nice, fresh, kinda nutty flavor, but dense like whole wheat: you may want to blend with cake flour and/or whipped egg whites when making something that needs to be light or fluffy like pancakes.

Flour is ok but couldn’t pull off chapatis
The quality, taste and value for money is on par, but I could not really pull off the barley chapatis I saw on YouTube!Sad because barley is supposed to be super healthy. You could probably use this in whole wheat batter to enrich it while kneading chapati dough!

Bake Healthy Bread!
It made a wonderful loaf of homemade barley bread! Enough flour for me to make 3 loafs according to my recipe. 1 loaf=3 cups! Try it, if you like cornbread, you may like this! Similar in consistency. Great nutritionally.

Poor quality, not a flour, sticky and like a rock
This is not flour; it seems it has gotten wet. I will not buy it again.I can not even return it because it is "food"
