We are loving this little device. It's durable, it's measuring something. Does it measure accurately? No idea, really. But at this price point you don't get that much confidence.It does measure my pulse actually, and this is what I'm really using it for %) Pulse measurement is quite accurate. Even draws some sort of graph for pulse!As for oxigen level, well we thankfully never had a situation when we believed our oxigen was low, so we couldn't test what the device shows then. When I'm healthy I'm getting a high reading as I expect.It's nice and cute and doesn't break down easily, this is what I can praise it on with confidence :) And we've had it for a while

I bought this pulse oximeter in Feb 2024 for use in my paramedic role in a GP practice. I work five days per week, and use this pulse-ox daily, multiple times. The reading is displayed 0-99% (as opposed to 100%) which is acceptable at this price point I think.As it has no battery life indicator, my original plan was to wait until the battery ran out before reviewing it, so that I could document how long the battery life was. However, here we are in Sep 2024 and it is still going strong on it's original 2xAAA batteries, so I thought I'd just get on and review it now!The good :- Battery life is great, as noted above.- The display is bright, clear, and accurate.- Although there are no claims made towards this unit working on children, it will usually pick up a reading on around 4 years old and up.- It does pick up a reading reliably and quickly on almost all adults.- It also has a respiratory waveform reading.The bad :- The unit is a little on bulkier side compared to others. There a few lower priced units that are slimmer than this one. Having said this, the accuracy and reliability is better than the cheaper ones, so it seems a reasonable trade off.- The supplied Velcro fastening carry case is good quality, but is far too big for the unit!- Although there is a loop strap supplied, the hole through which you need to pass the thread to attach it to the main unit is so small that I was unable to attach this at all!The ugly :- Looking at the unit itself, it is not the most attractive design. Viewed from above, the display is off centre to the right, which just seems a bit sloppy really.Conclusion : There are a couple of minor reservations which prevent me giving this a solid 5-stars. It is however, a reliable and accurate unit, and a strong overall performer. For me, the accuracy, battery life, and reliability justified the slightly higher price over the many available cheaper sub £20 units.

Brought this to replace a well known make that just wouldn't work properly. This one is brilliant. Read the reviews and thought I'd give it a go. Fantastic. Reads quickly and easy to use. Love the auto rotating display.

well made, quite accurate and the battery last very long. if you searching for "perfect one" then I can tell you there is no one! even in hospitals. this is perfect for domestic needs and that's all you need. You don't need and will not find "better one" because there is no one! If it is not "accurate enough" than most probably you have no idea how to use it!

Outstanding

The unit arrived on time and well packed. It is a good looking well made item and instills confidence in the design. It arrived complete with batteries, a lanyard and soft pouch case.In use the Oxygen saturation percentage records a figure slightly higher than the doctor’s equivalent meter (maybe 1-2%). But the pulse rate shows about half of pulse rate when around 120 bpm it reads 60 bpm. I am assuming this is a fault of the unit as the heart trace seems to be recording the pulse rate at the 120 bpm rate but the numeric read out is half the indicated trace rate. I am sorry as in all other respects I am pleased with the unit. It is at a premium price in comparison with some other units.
