Charged once and stop working. Spins but God forbid you push to Scrubber alittle. If you do it just stops. Waste! One start really but gave two for first and only charge. Can't return otherwise I would.

I appreciate the multiple changeable cleaning heads. They are easy to snap in and out and the battery charge lasts for several cleanings. I no longer dread cleaning my shower and it works great on glass shower doors (beveled doors too).

This is hard to use on the floor because the handle is not long enough. It works great for scrubbing flat surfaces but it’s not that great at cleaning grout.

I expected it to have a faster more aggressive spin speed but it doesn’t. Not really something I recommend for what I was looking for (to clean ceiling vents).

I had purchased this item based on the overall 5 star rating of the product with over a hundred reviews. After ordering the product I realized that all but one of the reviews was for a completely unrelated product that was not what was being sold. Decided to give it a chance anyway but was very disappointed by the quality of the product. Very cheap feeling plastic, extension pole and power bush head would not connect due to the poor craftsmanship, all clips to hold pieces together were loose and very fragile, brush heads were scary to remove (no release, just pull off) because you feel like you’re going to break something. Not to mention that there are warnings to not submerge the brush head at all? Didn’t try cleaning with it for risk of it breaking. Gave it 2 stars just for it arriving on time, with all parts, battery was able to charge and the motor did run. Would it last past one or two uses? Probably not. You can absolutely get much better quality for the price somewhere else.

I am an elderly, near 90 yrs. old and didn't use it much. Only 2 recharges and 3rd one did not take charge. I used it as intended to simply clean a tiled walk-in shower stall in my home. Changing brushes is difficult but can be done. It cleaned the wall tiles but it wasn't able to clean the floor tiles or grout lines, in and out of the shower. Any way to fix this item? Please advise. Amazon said there is no way to reach the seller. His address is written in Asian language symbols, Amazon can only offer me 15% discount if I buy another spinner. Time for the Federal Trade Commission to regulate these 3rd party sellers. I used it so little, mostly because it had such a short run time. I asked seller for advice on how to replace this batter/or switch, no answer. The on/off switch is very flimsy and hard to tell if it is on/off. Horrible experience and what the heck happened to Amazon guarantee for Prime customers?

I have tried many products to help me clean my shower. It's almost impossible to wash it clean. The function of this electric scrubber meets its requirements perfectly. It's easy to assemble, it gets the job done, and my shower has never looked cleaner. I highly recommend
