I have a patio about 400m2. I am not allowed to use a pressure washer or any acidic cleaner as both of these can damage the slabs. To clean a patio this size twice a year, with a brush and soapy water, is time consuming and hard work, even more so as the slabs have a textured surface. As long as weather is right I can lightly brush and spray the patio in a few hours. If you are expecting an instant result you will be better using a pressure washer (if you can), however I will spray this on about 3 times a year and very slowly you will notice the difference. It keeps working between sprays but if you pressure wash the slabs very quickly get dirty again. Also, when I clean the patio I am not looking for slabs which look brand new, just a generally clean appearance. If you are patient the results are good for very little work.

very good on light alge dont expect miracles if algae is thick , but on paths and decking it does work takes a few weeks but very effective , now if i could get Dirt Gone , and bird poop gone , i would be happy i would probaly use a 1:7 litre mix instead of the 1:9 as reccomended but thats personal opinion

Great for removing algae from wooden structures in preparation for treating timber. Easy to apply with sprayer and coverage is very good. Still have half left after treating 10x8 shed and 6x5 shed with two applications.

Three stars might be unfair here, as spring has only just really got underway and the product has not really had a fair chance to show its true colours. I have used the product on a couple of patios and the thicker moss has certainly been "hurt" but not killed. Having said that, the moss (or most of it) did come out fairly easily although I did have to resort to a brass tined brush made for the purpose. I used the product twice on the thicker moss so I expected it to die but by no means all of it did. For me the jury is still out. I need to use the product on my red tiled drive and then make a judgement. I will update this review and its star rating sometime over the late spring when I have more experience using it.

This stuff is excellent. I used a pump sprayer to apply it to my fences, very easy, very strong even when diluted to the parts instructed on the container. Killed green algae within minutes (I did it on a sunny day and could literally see the algae disappearing before my eyes while I was taking a break), other moulds went within a few days, leaving my fences with just the wood! Bear in mind it will strip away the paint so you'll need to repaint your fences after using this.I'm going to buy more of this to apply to the patio/stone chippings as we head into winter to keep the green away.Only negative point - probably too expensive for the amount of uses you're able to get. I could dilute more to get more out of it but then it may not be as effective.

Hi,I purchased this product mainly for paving slabs in front and back gardens. The product is very easy to use just follow instructions on diluting the liquid within a watering can or spray dispenser and off you go. The back garden slabs seemed to clean up best on first application, gets the sun for more hours so possibly bleaches better. The partly shaded front garden took three applications but even then was easy to do. Results not as good as a power jet washer but the reason I wanted to use this means was because we have just been put on a water meter and have now ditched the pressure washer for good. Yes I will be using this product again and from the same supplier ,who was efficient and prompt with delivery and packaging.

I was sceptical as to whether this would work on green algae mould on my fence but within a day it had gone from green to white then painted over it easily. I used a cheap handheld pressure sprayer to do it I mixed it 300mls to 2ltr of water
