Amazing value for the features it has!
It is perfect for what I wanted and the features are great! I love the design and the functionality of the controls. It is very well built and the function of the controls are well thought out. The build quality is very good for the price. I am a product designer and I am not sure there is anything I would change if I started from scratch!

Great little home amp.
Doesn't pretend to be a modeling amp, but has 9 different voicings. Enough effects for a home amp. Plenty loud, set it low for practice while the wife is home then turn it up and make the dogs howl when she's away. Only has a 5.5" speaker but sounds better than the specs. Couldn't more pleased.

I like that this has a clean channel. Pedals sound good though this as well!

Nice Little Practice Amp
I really like this little amp. I have Joyo's 5W practice amp, which is great for practicing on the road, but wanted something a little louder and powerful for use at home. This is a solid option. There's no way it can keep up with a loud band, though. I like the rechargeability (couple it with a wireless receiver system, and you're in business) and the size. The amp modeling is decent for a solid state, but the effects are pretty bad. I'm picky about my stomp boxes, so I don't use the built-in delay/chorus/etc. The looper is a neat option, but can be annoying to use effectively. The drum machine is also a nice touch, but is pretty limited and doesn't sound that good. Definitely glad I bought it and recommend it for what it is.

Perfect for busking
This little amp does everything I need for busking. All I carry now is this amp and a guitar. Don't have to drag out pedals amp and generator anymore. It sounds better in person. Plenty loud plenty of tonal options.

Great Idea, Poor execution
EDIT/Update (6/16/24): Joyo reached out to me with some advice following my older review below. How awesome is that? They told me to make sure that the volume was all the way off when turning on the amp. Apparently, and this is some kind of engineering feature of the amp, if the volume and gain is turned up significantly, the amp only operates at 2.4 watts. Weird, but maybe that's some kind of power saving feature. To fix that, always start your amp with the volume and gain at zero, and then increase to get the full power. Seems to be true. And weird.Regarding the clipping with humbuckers (it's still doing that), they asked me to send a video of that. Not sure I'll do that. Humbuckers are simply delivering too much gain to the inputs (I haven't tried active pickups, but I suspect those would be worse). The solution, again as I outlined below, is to reduce the volume knob of your humbucker on your guitar. Here's the new bottom line: I'm keeping this amp for my son who loves its features and portability. (he doesn't notice its limitations or doesn't care) AND, due to the excellent customer service, I will buy Joyo again.-----------------------------------------Everything about this amp should be great but when it comes down to it, the sound is at best mediocre and on average, It sounds like a cheap amp from the 1980s. The features of this amp are outstanding, and the product people at Joyo should be complemented for knowing what their customers want, it's just that the power section of this amp is just not good. Also there's no headroom at the inputs. So if you have a humbucker pickup, you're going to have to turn the volume down on your guitar to keep it from clipping. Other reviewers have noted this. Single coil pickups seem to be ok. I should also mention that clipping is not a good warm distortion, but the bad kind of distortion. And lastly, and this might be due to the size of the speakers, it's not as loud as I was hoping for from a 15 Watt amp.If I were buying this for me, I would be sending it back. But my son loves its features, so I'm keeping it for him.

Great value & performance.
The facilities on the amp are excellent & sound great to my ear. The drum & loop are especially great for practice etc.
