Formula must have changed
This is not as good as it was. Seems like the formula has changed. It does not go on as smooth. It seems old and dried out.

A very little goes a long way. Truly semi-permanent. Color very similar to shown on website. I use with the brush (included with product) instead of the applicator in the tube and looks natural

More natural than a pencil
