Do It Yourself rug trim
easy lo install and looks great. reasonably priced. I wish I had ordered and installed it when the new rug was installed. I used it to finish between ceramic tile and rug flooring.

Had High Hopes
I wish this would have worked for the doorway where carpet meets tile in my home. It seemed like a great product, especially for the price, but the way my threshold is, it wouldn’t work.

Be careful of the measurements, it's less than 1.5 inches wide TOTAL
I thought this was going to be the PERFECT solution to my problem of feeling the tac-strip in the transition from tile to carpet in my basement. I recently have felt the tiny nail under the carpet, but it's a basement so I'm not sure how easy it would be to install a traditional transition, plus cutting either metal or wood is a pain and my two areas are odd sizes. I thought this rubber (easy cut) self adhesive (no need to nail into a concrete subfloor) would be perfect...and it would except it isn't wide enough to cover the nail points I need to cover. It needs to be about 1-1.5 inches from the middle point to read the nails, the entire thing is less than 1.5 inches wide. So great for laminate floors, rugs, and carpet with closely spaced tac strips, not so much if your nails are farther away from the transition.

Sizing is wrong
The adhesive is great but what was supposed to be 9.8' was only 95" forcing me to install a splice on an edge that should be seamless.

Looks amazing, and holds great
We used this in our church to transition the carpet to painted concrete. The gray color matched great! I laid the rolls out over night and weighted them down. Starting in one corner I pressed and peeling away the backing simultaneously. I was worried it wasn't going to stick very well and some spots were popping back up right away. I placed some chairs ever 3 to 4 feet and let it sit for 2 days before anyone walked on it. We've been using it for 2 weeks now and it's durable and easy to clean when the concrete is mopped. Easy solution for anyone looking for transition tape!

Works well.
We have had this down between our kitchen laminate and or living room carpet for about 2 months now. It was a little difficult to instal originally due to the sticky part not being super wide and wanting to stick to the carpet. On the good side once we got it stuck in place it has not budged. My one year old tries to pull on it and mess with it and it stays stuck.
