Works right out of the box.
Plug and play. Works with REOLINK poe cameras right out of the box. No issues with ethernet connectivity in any of the ports. It doesn't automatically show up in the REOLINK warranty extender app, so you'll need to manually add the amazon order number if you want to claim the extended warranty. Mounting screws and template are included, along with some anti-vibration feet (not that it has any moving parts). Power supply is a fairly heavy brick-type affair with a lead to the outlet and a lead to the switch. The power supply itself not designed for mounting, so you'll need to plan accordingly. Seems like a decent value to me - you could probably buy an off-brand POE switch for less money, but I'd rather have my warranty all in one place.

Sweet POE switch
I ran 1 POE cat 5 cable to adjacent Shop building and was able to add 5more cameras (so far). Power has not been lacking with this switch.

Works as it should
Works as a poe switch should work to power poe cams. Small profile and comes with a power cord. Overall, it’s decent.

Super slow
I should have listened to the reviews. If you plan on using these for camera setups only it’ll probably be fine. If you plan on using a NAS on this it will probably make you upset. Here’s why the regular ports only get 90mbps. There’s Two uplink ports they get full speed I assume. I maxed out my isp speed on it so I figure it can reach 1gbps. Long story short this won’t work for my needs but if you just need to power a bunch of cameras and store the footage on a sd card attached to the cams this will be fine for you
