They are small and easy to swallow vitamin K.

These were delivered before the scheduled date. It arrived direct from the sellers. I’m taking several other Smarter Vitamins. I’m delighted they added Vitamin K2 because it helps the uptake of Vitamin D. (I’ve been taking Smarter Vitamins Vitamin D with another brand of K2.) The size is little more than a long grain of rice!!! And since I have trouble swallowing large pills this is perfect! It’s also a liquid softgel which means it’s absorbed rapidly. And Smarter Vitamins contain NONE of the bad things often found in supplements.

I have a few different bottles from this brand, and I certainly do notice that I feel better when I take as directed. Great value!

Fast delivery. Pleasant smell. Small easy to swallow capsules and different colors making them easy to keep track of which ones you took and when!

I take 2 of these per day trying to make sure the calcium in my body goes to the bones, not the arteries. These have a nice aroma and are very easy to swallow.

My cardiologist recommended that I add Vitamin K to my list of supplements. I've been taking this supplement now for nearly seven months. I'm due for my annual bone density scan in the next few weeks. I'm hoping the Vitamin K will have an effect. I will update with my results.
