I ordered 2 boxes but There are no dinner forks included

Low quality paint
Black paint rubbed out of two knives extremely fast. I don't mean the cutting part but the whole surface - just from cleaning it with a sponge, leaving black marks on it and blotchy marks on the knives.

The black one lost the color after 3 days usage
After 4 time washing the color in the fork got faded
