Excellent pasta!
I have found out that there is a big difference between cheap and more expensive pasta. One is 'floppy' and pretty tasteless, one keeps their body, has a pleasant taste and is so much better. I first found this pasta when I thought I'd try a better brand...I have never looked back and this is my first choice. You actually need less of it as it keeps its body and produces a better looking and more substantive meal. I would recommend this pasta and props you try it to see the difference to cheaper pasta.

GREAT PASTA
I love the Garofaldo range of pastas and their rigatonni does not disappoint. It's lovely and large with a good firm texture that holds it's shape when cooked. The big fat tubes hold the sauces wonderfully. Only hope they continue to be available from Amazon.

Such a good quality product and the best pasta I've ever had and it's my new go to from now on, highly recommended.

Great pasta though can be pricey
Garofalo is quality pasta that I use in Marinara, ragu, Bolognese, etc, sauces. I like Rigatoni as it is a larger but more stubby tube than penne and delivers a full-on parcel of flavour. The Garofalo is good value for money when on offer but costly at full price [£1.99].
