A lot of parts IKEA style
A lot of parts to put together. The quality is average, it does creek a bit when a heavy person uses it (perhaps it wood creeks?). A bit uncomfortable on hands for a wider hand position as there are screws on the way. The instructions recommended using the tape (provided). However you need to tape smth else more as that tape is getting undone during the exercise. Overall, it does the job for teenagers and family
