Absolutely brilliant book. I am a reflexologist and so love peoples feet. To help someone to destress and get a better understanding of themselves is so worth while. This is , as a Jane Sheehan says , A great party trick! A really easy to read and understand book. Def. recommend and have bought again as a gift for a good friend.

I always went for the more traditional health aspects of reflexology within my practice. However over the years I have gradually been converted to Jane's thinking on the other clues that the feet hold. I loved this book - and refer to it all the time. It's just as enjoyable for someone who isn't a reflexologist - my friends and family are equally as intrigued!

Brilliant book....definately recommend it.It is very inspiring and full of information.Plus its easy to understand.

After attending one of her courses in Feb i was hooked and really wanted to know more about foot reading. I have found this book very interesting and easy to read and an excellent purchase for anyone wanting to learn about foot reading.

I am a reflexologist and learned some of the emotional aspects of the feet during training - although most of our training was of a physical nature. I had been looking forward to reading this book and it did not disappoint! Would recommend to anyone with an interest in Reflexology or Complementary Therapies.
