for those of us that refuse to intake any sugar and are vegan this is a great cereal that is healthy , full of fiber, and only has 1 gram of sugar per serving which is impossible to find today in any other cereal. When my grocery stores refused to carry it because they claim it does not sell, I found this seller on Amazon. It was shipped packaged beautifully and was a fast ship arriving as promised. Each box is fresh and in perfect condition. Buying this way is actually a savings as each box in the grocery store is 5.00 plus tax. Thank you to the seller I will be buying this again.

This has to be one of the healthiest cereals on the market. Less than 1 gram of sugar per serving. 10 grams of fiber. Only 4 non GMO ingredients. Add this to pineapple yogurt and you are off to a good start on your day. On top of that, this order arrived surprisingly quickly

I love to eat this cereal. I can feel it just spreading out doing good work for my gastric juices. I mix it with muesli, and when I run out, I really miss its tasty crunches, and I look forward to getting the next shipment.

The boxes of cereal, nor the box, which contained the 12 boxes of cereal, were sealed. In the past, when I have ordered this cereal, the boxes of cereal are sealed in plastic or the packing box is sealed. The top and bottom of the packing box had openings, so the boxes of cereal were viewable. It was 70 degrees outside when the box was left at my front door. Luckily, I retrieved the box before ants or other bugs were able to explore its contents.

I was desolate when I could not find my beloved cereal at our local Albertsons, Walmart and Fred Meyers any longer. Healthy simple ingredients and extremely delicious with vanilla almond milk.

I love it and have always been a fan. My daughter is pregnant so I shared this cereal with her and she is now a huge fan! It works!

Every flake is made from one entire wheat berry that has been rolled out. It is very healthy because it has flax seeds. Flax seeds are an omega-3 food with lignan that helps those that can or can't have fish oil. It is full of protein, fiber, and vitamins. There is almost no sugar. This cereal can be eaten cold or hot. I really love it and feel I am getting healthier every time I eat it!!!
