In theory, a bargain. Quad core, runs android, 5gb onboard, SIM, WiFi and so on, all at a fraction of the price of a branded WearOS watch or Apple Watch. As usual the software and battery lets the otherwise impressive hardware down.Unfortunately, the battery life is non-existent. I left the new watch on charge last night after it arrived, and set it up this morning when it claimed it was fully charged. By 10am the watch had run out of battery - in that time I had managed to install 3 apps, link the phone (ish) and that was about it.The iOS integration is also poor. The phone has to be physically paired again from the watch every time you want to use the app - it won’t remain paired. In addition, unlike the android version of WiiWatch there appears to be no way to choose which apps on your iPhone send notifications to the watch while it is paired, and SMS notifications are effectively silent and you need to find them in the notifications screen.No sleep tracking or sedentary warning that I could find.The onscreen keyboard switches between EN and CN characters frequently, there’s no way to disable Chinese IME on the watch, and of course there are the usual “interesting” translations between Chinese and English.I knew this was all a risk when buying it, and was happy to take a gamble on £45.I’ve tried living with it so you don’t have to.Save up and buy an Apple or WearOS watch instead - there’s a reason this watch is much cheaper than all the brand name android watches. It’s effectively unusable.

Get two days of reasonable use from the watch.The software that comes with the watch is terrible, downloaded watchdroid from the android store which links to your phone and send you notifications to your watch and also reply via WhatsApp.Pedometer on watch is pointless but I don't have a Sim in the watch, might be better if you have a sim in it.Good watch for price and the notifications from phone to watch are very useful while at work to pick out what's relevant.
