I will update after the full 14 days for results!You get a shiny box with 14 packets of x2 strips per packet. They can barely be seen once on and sit well enough to leave on while watching TV. They are soft and safe to swallow the gel and continuously spit out the goo as needed.You can close your mouth as normal which is very good.Love that it is safe to swallow.UPDATE#Had to stop after 3 days as the faint throbbing from day 1 got more painful. Picked up where I left off on two more occasions and could not bear. After the first couple days I noticed my teeth were very shiny as in polished and a little staining had lifted. Ended buying a powder from elsewhere instead and have seen very quick results.
