Well Made
Well made but instructions had a lot left to be desired. Crappy instructions led to boards breaking. But gave a 4 star review because the customer service is fantastic! They went above and beyond to help solve our problem. Cabinet and sink are beautiful with lots of storage space for my small bathroom

Good value
An inexpensive solution for tidying up a dated bathroom.Packages for cabinet and sink arrived separately, and securely. Zero piece movement as I was maneuvering the cabinet box into home.Instructions were a little vague, and can be frustrating to anyone who isn’t used to putting this type of furniture together.I was able to put it all together by myself, but an extra pair of hands would have made things go a lot more smoothly.Total time from laying out pieces to cabinet completion was about 90 minutes.Customer Service; During shipping I was confused as to what I was seeing in my tracking information , so I contacted the seller. I received a fast response (within 24 hrs) with exactly the information I was looking for

Quality of material is bad and customer service is the worst I've seen in a long time
It arrived with smashed mirror to start with. The product could not handle a splash of water that was swiped almost immediately. The material is bad and obviously very porous that it immediately showed the damage. The worst company to deal with for customer service. I got approved for return with not much instructions where to take it for return. So, carried this heavy product from one place to another because all the places refused to take it for it's size and weight.

Good quality for price, mirror arrived broken, horrible "instructions" (this cannot be over-stated)
The good:The vanity is very sturdy and well-made for the price you are paying. I like the design, it's great for a smaller bathroom (which I am in the middle of remodeling my parents' in-law suite bathroom). The sink is shallow, which is also nice as it leave a lot of room under the sink for storage. The bad:1. The mirror arrived shattered. I have contacted the seller and they are sending me a new mirror, so here's hoping the next one arrives in-tact. The rest of the unit was un-damaged. No missing parts. The doors are soft-close, the drawers are not. The drawer slides could be better, but again, it's fine for what you're paying.2. The instructions are more of general guidance, not actual instructions. 90% of the construction is using a pin & cam system, same as you see with IKEA furniture. But where it's different from IKEA instructions is they will simply leave off the need to put pins in upward of 50% of the locations they are needed. Your only clue that you needed to put a pin somewhere is that the instructions suddenly call for a cam to be inserted in a hole and you have to sherlock holmes it and figure out "oh - guess I needed a pin in that matching hole so this cam has something to attach to". It's really atrocious. The second thing that's a problem with the "instructions" is you REALLY have to study the pieces in the pictures and then study the physical pieces to figure out the correct orientation. The third thing that's a problem with the "instructions" is they have you assemble approximately 2-3 sets of pieces together, and then in a single step you put all three of these pieces together. And remember how I said the "instructions" fail to tell you to put pins in places? Now think about that problem when you're trying to put together 3 pieces shaped like T's into a single piece. The fourth thing is, this really is a 2 person job. Especially when you're at the steps I mentioned above where these multiple pieces are coming together in a jigsaw puzzle sort of way.I assembled this with my girlfriend, it took us 2 hours, and all we could do was laugh throughout the whole ordeal. Be prepared, go slow, and pour yourself a stiff drink. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Just don't expect the "instructions" to help.

Sink basin is too shallow
Using this in my master bathroom. Water gets all over the floor, despite trying to be careful when washing my face. Sink is too shallow.Construction is fine.

Gorgeous vanity
Really happy with this vanity. Was able to assemble myself (95lb female) I did have to open the box and carry pieces in individually but it was quick enough. You would benefit from a second helper when putting the legs on as you need to lift the bottom up to get it to align with the sides which was a little tricky with only one person. I did also have to cut a portion of the shelf away due to the placement of my pipes but it worked out fine in the end. As some others mentioned, I also used different drain pipes underneath. The faucet and knobs that came with it are very nice as well. Gorgeous vanity.
