I'm not keen on this suppliment just because it is very sweet. I tried it in coffee but it was not drinkable for me but did keep going for a couple of days. Then tried in cocoa powder. Made hot chocolate with cocoa powder and coconut milk and found this more palatable. I really think the type ii collogen is helping my knee pain and will continue to put in cocoa at night until it's finished and see how I go on then. Might try to change to an unflavoured one but know vitiminC is important as well to make the collogen work.

This is a good all in one product with some well researched and effective ingredients, it does seem quite pricey at first but when you actually look at all the ingredients it's actually not priced that badly in comparison with other supplements or if you were to look at the ingredients individually and price up. On the taste front orange is my favourite flavour in general so I actually found this ok and very easy to drink. The mixability factor is ok, not lumpy at all but maybe slightly grainy which isn't an issue for me personally as I'm drinking this for the benefits and not the texture. In terms of actual benefits I noticed a marked improvement in my skin and joint aches and pains, I found it helped with wrist and elbow pains and also made my complexion noticeably fresher and gave it more of a 'natural glow' as my partner put it. MSM and Vitamin C is a power combo that I was already aware of, but with all the other ingredients this supplement is taken to another level and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for a general health boost.

This is a really good collagen to get if you are specifically looking for joint support, since Type 2 collagen if found in bones/joints while Type 1 and 3 are for skin and muscles and won't do much to improve joint and bone health. It is also hydrolysed collagen which is easier to digest than regular collagen powder.There are also some additional ingredients such as glucosamine which the body uses to build ligaments, tendons, cartilage and fluid that surrounds the joints, MSM which helps treat inflammation in joints, Vitamin C and E, hyaluronic acid and other beneficial ingredients to help keep your joints healthy and moving.The flavour is like a mix of lemon and oranges, it is not sour as you would expect lemons to be. It is brownish orange in appearance and I would suggest drinking it from a shaker bottle because it settles quite quickly and some bits don't fully dissolve, so shaking it before taking a sip is easier.It is quite pricey but you don't just get collagen but so many other ingredients that will help the joints, I have a few years old shoulder injury that was constantly hurting for the past month and after about 1 week of taking this powder the pain has gone away 98%, only every now and then the shoulder feels tired when I do some heavy lifting, but not actual pain so I'm sure there will be even more improvements with continued use, really recommend trying this if you have issues with joints.

I recently tried RiseUPs collagen powder, hoping to give my joint health a boost. While it does have a good range of ingredients, my overall experience was a bit hit-and-miss.The positives include the blend of ingredients like rose hips, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and vitamins C & E. Plus, it has UC-II collagen, which is supposed to help with inflammation and discomfort.Sadly, the taste was a letdown. It was too sweet for my liking, and I think the artificial sweeteners, Acesulfame-K and Sucralose, are to blame. I think real organic sugar would be healthier than these artifical ones and would taste better too. Or even to go without altogether.I haven't really seen any significant benefits while using this supplement, but that might just be me. I have used other collagen powders extensively in the past and have seen great results.A couple of things to keep in mind: the product contains maltodextrin and glucosamine derived from shellfish, so if you have concerns about these ingredients, do check the list.Also, the collagen is from beef, but it isn't labelled as halal, which might be an issue for some folks.In a nutshell, this collagen powder has some promising ingredients for joint health, but the taste, lack of noticeable benefits, and a few ingredient concerns might make you think twice.

I have no complaints at all about the actual quality of the product ... it's an excellent combination of proven ingredients. It smells a little off-putting, and looks it too, when mixed with water (I found that a shaker with a mixing ball does the job well) but it tastes okay, if a little on the sweet side for my palate.My main concern is the truly eye-watering price ... for LESS than a month's supply. Although the listing states that there are 30 servings, the information on the tub states that there are in fact 25. At £50 per tub, that's £2 per day. I appreciate that the ingredients are of good quality, and that doesn't come cheap, but even so, it seems excessive and is certainly well beyond many people's budgets.If, after I've been taking this for a while, there is a dramatic improvement in my joint health, I'll come back and say so ...
