What could be the problem? A: The battery placement for our pulse oximeter is different from others, in that even though the 2 springs are on the same side, the 2 batteries are still required to be installed in opposite polarity. If this doesn't work, you might have received a defective unit. Please contact customer service to get a free replacement.

Very nice for the money
Very nice for the money. It works very well and I have no complaints. It is suitable for checking up on yourself. I bought an extra one to leave it work.

Eases my mind.
I take medication for asthma that raises my heart rate. I also take medicine to lower my heart rate. As you can imagine, it's pretty important for me to keep an eye on it. This pulse ox monitor has helped me to feel more secure in knowing how I'm doing. I sleep better at night too, just knowing I can check it at any time. It takes just a few seconds to use and works constantly, not stopping after it has the readings. It changes as your heart rate and oxygen levels change. You can rotate the screen to view it from different angles.

Pretty good
Works very well for pulse and blood oxygen. Could very well be improved upon with the addition of an off button. It eats batteries like crazy.
