Product dimension mentioned is 12.8 inches. Turns out to be 10 inches and the plastic grille seems weak and out of shape.I will be returning this.

I didn't receive the piece highlighted in the picture but...just opened the pack ...but the isolation net looks good. Do I need to pay seperately for the piece mentioned in the picture?
