Absolutely great, I have dodgy wrists, well weak wrists and have started a while ago doing resistance training.... I'm an old female codger and find these amazingly good. I do planks with eaze and kneeling push ups only because of the perfect pushup handles, they just make the position of your wrists so much better. They look nice, great quality rotate very smoothly, handles dont hurt your hands. Some may think, dearer than other ones but in this case I think you get the quality you pay for. So glad I researched and got these. Happy training folks. 😀

I bought these becasue I had a wrist injury because of the quantity of push-ups I was doing and had to find a way to continue. These stands not only alleviate any wrist pressure but also work your muscles harder by engaging other smaler muscles when rotating. I do 100+ reps a day, these stands have increased the quality of my workouts and also my total rep maximum. Quality of build is very good. I 100% reccomend these stands

I have a left wrist issue from years of guitar playing and can not take my weight on my left wrist. I've been working out with dumbbells and pull up bars but my chest was lagging behind other muscles so my friend recommended some push up bars. I looked around and couldn't find anything that looked as though it wouldn't cause pain - except for these! Watched some videos and bought them and I'm so happy that I did as they work superbly and look sweet too. One video said that the adjustable (swivelling) wrist angle isn't an advantage but it really is, my wrist automatically finds the optimal andgle as I work out.

I have been using the Perfect Pushup V2 for a week now and what a difference these made to my pushup routine. The single biggest benefit is that my wrists no longer ache after doing 70-80 pushups. The natural range of motion on your hands as you cycle through each pushup is very natural feeling. The cushioned grips also really help keep things comfortable on the palms. I find that you get a deeper downstroke to your pushups which really works the whole chest, triceps and shoulders better than the conventional pushup. Quality is excellent - bearings are smooth and silent and each pushup handle is sturdy but not overly heavy.

Adquirí las mancuernas Perfect Pushup Elite, y me sorprendió su buena calidad, se ven y se sienten resistentes, son robustas y se mantienen firmes en el piso, no se deslizan y son muy estables, lo cual permite que sea muy agradable hacer lagartijas, son un poco caras pero valen la pena. Tengo poco tiempo utilizándolas, pero por su calidad creo que me duraran mucho tiempo. Son un articulo que sin lugar a dudas volvería a comprar.
