Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max, 128GB, Space Black - Unlocked (Renewed Premium)

It has been six months now since I got this phone to replace my trusty but getting-old iPhone XS Max of 512Gb and I cannot complain. While renewed, it came with excellent condition, functionality and appearance: one micro scratch here and there but of those you need to know where to look and common in even with the best care around. And I know because every phone I had, it looked almost like new when I sold them. Battery at 87% (no complains there) and came with a generic but certified cable and well protected. My only complaint is not with the seller, not even with the phone and its quality, all of that checked out. My complain is with Apple: I jumped almost 5 generations of iPhones ahead and for someone like me who has used this brand since the iPhone 4, I cannot see I actually improved that much. It feels the same old thing, nothing that could actually astonish me, every new feature has been for years in the android ones, lack of useful features with not strong nor good reasons. Don’t get me wrong, phone works like a charm, but it is all the same. I’ve been in the tech industry since 1996 and I know one or two things about this and while these devices are very well built and they do the job, it has lost its charm, no Jobs no longer revolutionary device. If you are a streamer, this is your best bet; if you couldn’t care less about actual game changing technology, this is your go; if you are an Apple fan or someone who believes that having an iPhone is a statement or gives you recognition, you are where you belong. But if you care for actual technology advantage, good price-benefit ratio, look some where else. Some could say “iPhones now charges really fast”, well that is easy with a 5000mAmps battery, while many others have up to 7000+ mAmps batteries with actual fast charging. I could go for hours with this but the important thing is that Amazon Renew is awesome (that’s why I gave it 5 stars), no complains at all, but it will definitely be my last iPhone, it is no longer relevant in today’s market. Barely comes with a cable while others brands comes with actual premium features and accessories and costs the half of an iPhone. Be wise, investigate and review pros and cons, spend money wisely and forget “status”. If you want status, get a Vertu phone.

Outstanding condition and device! I am incredibly impressed with the condition of the device. iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB in excellent condition. Worth the price to get this phone. Battery life is excellent. Also I didn't realize the phone also came with a case! Packaging is giving the manufacturer a run for its money from a security standpoint. Very impressed and will recommend this store to others.

The phone arrived in great condition and exactly as described. It came with the charger, cable, and even the return instructions, which gave me extra confidence in the purchase. The device was fully tested, had no iCloud account attached, and everything works perfectly. It even arrived with a tempered glass screen protector already installed, which was a nice bonus. I purchased the phone listed in acceptable condition, so I expected noticeable wear, but I was pleasantly surprised it looks much better than expected. There are some normal minor scratches, which is completely fair for that condition, but nothing that affects performance at all. I would rate the phone 4/5 stars it’s a great phone but be aware with iPhone pro’s and pro max’s because it will include the iOS 26 update ! I’ve been noticing since I got this phone with the ios 26 my phone kind of lags out . So anyone who has an iphone before the iphone 16 , pro , pro Max don’t update to ios 26 because your phone might lag out . If anybody knows how to downgrade back to iOS 18 it’ll help alot

This phone works great! I am so grateful I would just like to say to the seller. I really appreciate all your hard work and effort as you diligently refurbished these phones. I have bought two already that did not work or had some type of defect or two and come to find out they were not doing a good job at all refurbishing them. I’m a special-needs mother and I don’t have a typical life. I don’t have any spare time to be going through all the nonsense on top of taking care of my two disabled children, so to have a sudden life event such as a needing another cell phone or an upgrade in a cell phone that has better performance and for all to actually go well I can’t tell you how much joy it brought me and how relaxed and happy I was this past weekend. With my sitting of bad luck I was so nervous if you would sell me a GOOD and decent phone. YOU DID! And now as a seller and Phone refurbisher I know I can trust you. I decided actually to switch my family to to iPhone as well so next week I’ll be purchasing another phone and 2 weeks following another one (my finances currently don’t allow me to purchase 2 phones at the same time lol so I will spread them out ) anyway this review is getting too long. I received my phone in the time it said it would come actually came a day early! Phone looks brand new no scratches and works very good when I went to the store to switch phones the merchant complimented the quality of the phone 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to buy a new phone from this retailer

The phone arrived later than expected but I think that was more FedEx's problem than the seller. It was packaged okay and it was the only thing in the box, it did not come with a charger. Kinda bummed about that but it's fine, I have chargers at home. Once I got the phone turned on, everything was fine until I noticed that it did not have a sim card tray. I was unaware that the 14 Pro Max didn't use a sim card so that was my fault. I debated returning the phone for a lower model with a sim card option but I changed my mind and I got everything transferred over to eSim through my carrier. After that absolute headache, everything seemed to be working fine and then my screen started to randomly black out. If the sun hits my screen or I answer a call the screen immediately turns off (without my head near the sensor and on speakerphone). I did some troubleshooting and of course there's nothing online other than to update it or it must be a hardware issue. My luck would seem that's a hardware issue. As of right now, I've had this phone for close to a month and it blacks out every day. It's extremely frustrating because I don't/can't fork out $700 for another phone. As for the phone itself, it was fine visually, no major scratches. The battery life states "100%" and it charges as it should. The black tones in the phone are off meaning they're more for a gray and not completely black, like in the notes app on dark mode. I can't say that I'll buy another phone on Amazon. I'll probably do what I should've done in the first place and buy an iphone directly from Apple.

I liked the 14s. Had a plus for 4 years. Needed and upgrade, like the deep purple this model comes in. I def needed the storage update. Phone functions fine. battery health is 85%. But it’s refurbished? So I guess that typical for a 5 year old phone. Not really any complaints - just that the front screen is weird, it seems to have what look like water spots, but they aren’t. And they don’t wipe off.
