About how big are these, please? I hope to use them as centers for Christmas Grinch Cookies and don't want them too tiny

Did they work for your Grinch cookies? I want to do the same. Did they melt?

Are these Gluten free?

We carefully label for wheat in our products and any potential cross-contamination with wheat; however, Wilton does not label any products as Gluten free. We have no documentation or certification which would allow us to claim that our products meet the legal criteria for “gluten free”, which is less than 20 ppm. In addition, some of our manufacturing facilities may produce other items that do contain gluten and there is always a risk of cross contamination when wheat is present in the manufacturing facility. To reduce the risk of cross-contamination, allergen plans and protocols are in place at all facilities where Wilton products are manufactured.

Pretty big. I am going to crush mine to sprinkle on chocolate dipped pretzels, was surprised by the size.

I do not see anything about nuts in the ingredients. It has soybeans and sunflower seeds. It is also made in a plant that processes nut products
