Followed the directions as written to make the ice cream and after almost an hour and a half of turning, we tried it. It was not solid. It was runny at the top and barely solid at the bottom and tasted nasty.

Make half the package if using a 2 qt electric, it made plenty! We enjoyed the batch we made.

Worse thing I have ever tasted! It was like eating a month full of chemicals! Very expensive waste of time and money! Came with two bags and of course it is non returnable! I had just throw the second bag out, as I wasn't wasting any more time on that mess!

Since I can no longer use erythritol my favorite ice cream was off the menu. Other lower carb ice creams came with digestive issues from their particular sugar alcohols. I eat keto 80% of the time, carnivore the remaining 20%. Occasionally I want some ice cream during the warmer summer months. I tried the chocolate flavor and used macadamia nut milk. Now I am going to be fair here-I did not follow the instructions. I have a Ninja Creami and I used it instead of my traditional ice cream machine. The resulting product was of soft serve consistency and a tad gritty. That said, I thought it was a great answer to my ice cream dilemma. To me, it tasted like a Wendy's frosty-which I personally like. I will try the strawberry flavor next. It makes 3 pints of ice cream-enough to last me for a good long time. All in all, I like this product and will purchase it again. I only gave it 3 stars because of the texture and the price.

First off, this was EXPENSIVE! I ordered it to make ice cream for my diabetic dad. Made it with my ice cream maker. The end product consistently was terrible, and the taste was gross. Now I have an extra bag of this stuff that I can't return. Don't waste your money.

The taste and yes I made it according to the packaging is off. It tastes very medicinal. Unfortunately on the hunt again for a keto product I can use that will be a tasty treat.

Great product

The taste was absolutely horrid! It’s the toss up between powdered coffee creamer and a salt lick. Extremely gross!! I will definitely not be buying this again. Yuck! 🤮
