Overall love these!I wanted the biggest bang for my buck so I researched the dimensions and found the one here labeled 19 gal to be the best bargain for decent size and I was right! I didnt want to spend hundreds per set to get some. I bought what Amazon considers "used" but normally it's a packaging issue with a brand new, undamaged product. (The second set came in a 'too big' box that wasn't packed as tight and one bin came with a small Crack in a place that wasn't structural so I used packing tape to reinforce and kept going). I definitely buy used on Amazon knowing I always get a brand new item, rarely a problem.That said, there's no instructions but all the ads show how easy it was to snap together which is true enough. Everything snaps tightly in place and makes it fairly sturdy. The doors have magnets that keep them closed nicely. I did have one out of the 10 total bins I ordered that at first wouldn't snap in place. I realized after much thought and maneuvering that the back and front panels for the bin could mistakenly be swapped during assembly and when I made the swap back, it fit easily into place as the others had so I'm glad I didn't have to worry about contacting customer service. That's fair WARNING ⚠️ about those panels, they aren't interchangeable front & back so if your bins don't seem to align on the final snaps that might be your problem.Now when all are together, only one lid per set so it seems a disappointment however I had an old wood top from a decent sized entertainment stand so one of the sets I put 2 bins stacked side by side with 2 more and they're good for a short stand which worked great with the 2 extra sets of little wheels that comes with them. I just added the odd bin to the second set of bins to make an even 2 units as 3 bins each with lids.As the regular set of 5, it's super tall! Without the casters it's as tall as I am at 5'8".Really good sized, and the ridges in the doors make it hard to see inside which for me is preferred but it's possible just to know by looking that there's something in the bins.Definitely recommend if you need a fast easy storage unit for a closet or spare corner that looks nice and functional. I wouldn't put anything too heavy in the top sections for stability but I would trust the bottom 2 maybe for cans or tools which are heavier.Great buy, especially if you grab them on a sale.

I absolutely love this purchase. Once I figured out how to build the first one they were really easy to put together. They stack perfectly and seem sturdy as long as you lock them in. They provide a ton of room for storage and helped me clear up a lot of space. They tucked perfectly in the space I wanted and look good in the room.

I’m using this for craft storage. It’s very frustrating to assemble. It’s like a wrestling match! You get one side snapped in, but it’s not really in, and it comes apart again. You have to snap it together a certain way and it took me a while to figure it out. I got the 19.5 gallon and it has tons of room. The unit looks nice too. You may want to add baskets inside each unit to hold any loose items. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.

This was easy to put together and seems sturdy. You can definitely store a lot and it looks nice even though its plastic. I will be ordering second set for another room.

These are easy to assemble and genuinely seem like they will be great collapsible storage for basement or rooms. A 19-gallon plastic bin that you might buy from Home Depot will run you ~$15 each, whereas each single storage box here is essentially twice that at ~$30 each. As far as value goes, I guess you have to ask yourself whether having collapsible ability and accessible front/top loading is worth twice the cost for you. They also do look more put together in a room than a plastic tub, so there's that aspect as well.HOWEVER, you need to understand exactly what you're buying because the title & imagery are misleading, at least they were for me.Based on the title & images, I was under the impression these came very modular. That all the storage bins came with their own lids and little wheels so I could arrange them however I wanted. I bought the 5-bin and thought I might have a tower of 2, a tower of 3, for example.NOT THE CASE. I bought the 5-bin and it only came with ONE lid and ONE set of small&large wheels. This means I can ONLY use the 5 bins in a single vertical stack. I cannot dive it into a stack of 2 & 3, because one of those towers simply won't have a lid.This seems minor but it's a big deal! Imagine if you bought five because you're thinking of a horizontal row of them in your closet. Well you can't because 4 of them will be without lids or wheels for convenient rolling!If the fact you only get 1 lid/wheel set was obvious up front, this would have dramatically changed what I chose to purchase. Instead now I have a bulky, heavy set of 5 that I need to figure out how to return.The inconvenience caused by the misleading pictures & title would have scored lower, but I feel the inherent idea and quality of these storage bins still deserves a 3/5. But I am pretty frustrated for sure.

Really easy installation. It feels a bit flimsy at first but, once everything was locked in, it feels more sturdy. Looks great as well!! I got the five layer and I’m finding it difficult to fill each section. Plan on ordering more in the future.
