It’s basically a handbook for emails
This has very good practical instruction on how to create an email how to test it’s effectiveness and so on. It’s a good book to keep as a handbook when you are setting up your email templates. I thought it was worth the read and I’ll just keep it on my desk.

Perfect for beginners and advanced email marketers
I've been doing a deep dive into email marketing the last 4 years. I've been devouring everything email whether its conference or articles. But I needed a book that not only gave me the basics but also best practices and newer ideas. And these two volume are my go to resource for both. It's easy to find information. Well laid out and clearly very well researched. Will buy any book Chad writes!!

Good book, Bad delivery
Sadly I can't give it 5 stars as my books came damaged. Scratches, dirt and tears across the outer parts.

Whilst this may come across as partially biased, I had the privilege of working in the same company as Chad (albeit different regions/ departments) over a decade ago. My remit was email Deliverability (it really is a thing)..and Chad was already firmly established as a thought leader and veteran expert. And deservedly so. Sending email is easy. Getting it delivered, and getting receivers to respond positively is another league entirely. What I genuinely value about EMR is that Chad has synthesised the very involved world of Email Marketing into bite sized rules which you can dip in and out of. Whilst I consider myself relatively expert in the field of Email Marketing and Deliverability (2 decades and counting), I regularly refer to this as a sanity check or refresher RE new or existing email challenges. What I love the most is that it is vendor agnostic, and provides some of the most common sense advice out there. It doesn't matter if you are a novice or seasoned email marketer..I challenge you to walk away without learning something new which, if properly implemented, will definitely improve your email programme. I eagerly await the next edition! Thank you Chad!
