Very nice and useful dash cam. Having large screen, really gives proper view of rear and front cam. Camera quality is good. I like live screening very much. Complete peace of mind when I park my car in known and unknown area. Most important thing is that it's a made in India product. Customer service is good. Everytime when I approched them, they treat me very decent manner. Every time give me technical support. My experience is good with customer service.

The product is very helpful but if I had to give a number out of 10 I would give it a 4 out of tenThe camera is full of features, the quality is good but not great, and the price doesn't really match the quality of the product, the price seems too high in my opinion, and I think the camera server needs to be updated a lot because the videos are more than a minute long. No, to watch the video, the video turns off on the mobile and has to be restarted

The product was 2015 model running on android 8 os. It is too slow. otherwise good

The time of purchase and after that also Owner of the company at that time assured me that it has One year warranty for the product. Within 4 months time the product damaged itself. When contacted through Amazon, the supplier refused the warranty by saying that, Product is not has No Warranty for the product, warranty covers Only for Software. But Amazon conformed that the product is having 1-year warranty. I can provide the defective product’s video if someone is responsible to solve the problem. Also I provided it to the company earlier

I was looking for an Integrated unit for my Merc C Class. Key specs were to have good Camera (Front & rear), 4G support, 4GB RAM and 64GB Memory, ADAS and remote monitoring. There is not much competition in this segment. Units which are with 4G SIM support don't have good specs or rating. Most of them have good specifications but don't have 4G support.I picked up the mirror unit and installed it in my Merc. the unit was good and compact but the mirror was slightly longer than the unit and hence gave an awkward look. I spoke to their team.More than the product i was impressed with their support. They are very proactive and forth coming. I swapped the mirror unit for a Dash top model - 2 Channel unit.What i like:1. Camera Quality is amazing. I was bit hesitant that it was not 4K camera for the front. But they proved me wrong. the quality for both front and rear camera is amazing with clear view of number plate in night / low light.2. 4G SIM support was fantastic. Check your car from anywhere in the world. Check the location of the car with the GPS setup.3. Indian company focused so much on good service is the best point i have seen. I had some config issues and they called me and resolved the issue over a WhatsApp call.Don't hesitate - These guys are one of the best in the market!
