I've had no issues after a few days of 3-4 hrs worth of recording. The password protection element is good, after every recording I have to enter again as I'm doing very long recordings so maybe it's partially in standby mode but that's fine for the work I'm doing. It is smaller than I expected, so I have to consciously put it in a safe place. Would be good if it came with a pouch or hook space for a hook/lanyard.

Good sound easy to operate

This mp3 player is really good the build quality is excellent it’s sleek and slim. Only issue is that it does not have built in speakers. It charges using usb c. Do not use fast charger as it will not charge. Another good thing about this is that you can use it as voice recorder but again you need headphones or Bluetooth speakers to listen. The battery life is really good last for few days after couple of hours use a day

Intuitive set up, it also has Bluetooth capability. I will update the review once I use its record mode a few times.For a portable MP3 player the sound is very good.

Absolute rubbish. I've owned several (10+) of these over the years and this one is Very disappointing.It comes with an SD card because there is NO internal storage on the device ! only on the supplied SD card.Plug it into your windows laptop using the provided USB cable, and Nothing happens. ie.. there is No native plug-n-play on this device ! You have to remove the fiddly SD card, then mount it onto a USB reader.. just to add music.The volume is very poor also. It will only goes up to 20 (with sound distorted).. while previous generic models would comfortably go upto 25-30 and maintain the sound quality.I honestly thought this would be an advance and improvement to the generic model but it isn't.

I've only had this about 3 weeks, just found that it's busted. I've done nothing to it, was working fine now all of a sudden it doesn't turn on and even my PC doesn't recognise it when I plug it in. I've just seen I've run out of time to return it. Pretty upset. I'd advise people to get something else. I had an MP3 player that cost me 5 quid and lasted me about 8 years, this was my replacement for it, what a joke this is.

The misses uses this to get her thoughts out of her head and to get things out so she can process things easily. Very helpful and easy to use and for the price, its great.

Bought this as my previous one died. Use it for work and so easy to use and quality is fantastic. Highly recommended
