Longtime Plantronics user here - I decided to try this headset as the Plantronics headsets have become so expensive. In my experience, this headset ROCKS! Noise cancelling is very effective. Battery life is so much longer than my Plantronics headsets and it has paired easily with my devices. I have a Samsung S23+ as my primary phone and an S21 for my work phone. Headset works beautifully with both of those. This doesn't have all of the bells and whistles of the Plantronics headsets, but it really shines where it counts - audio quality, noise cancelling and battery life. Not going back to Plantronics devices.

UPDATED REVIEW>>> Happy to report that the customer service team did come through. After reaching out to them for a second time, they responded and promptly shipped me a replacement item. During the email exchange, I did see that the company attempted to contact me after my initial outreach, but for whatever reason, I was unable to locate their message (even after searching for key words in my inbox). Not sure if that was an issue with Gmail, or if the company's CRM/email platform just didn't fully execute on the email to me. At any rate, I was happy to see that they attempted to resolve my concerns in a prompt manner. As such, I've updated my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. As I mentioned in my original view, I enjoyed the product and found it to be a nice option for the work calls I took from my phone and computer. In addition to the original customer service team reaching out, a different team saw my review and reached out as well. As most people have experienced first hand, no company and no product will always be perfect. In a day and age when things can be hit-or-miss, I've come to place a greater value on the company's response and the level of customer service they provide. This company has demonstrated that they are willing to resolve issues and make things right, which is one of the reasons they have earned my business should I need new/additional devices in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW>>> Initially I enjoyed the product, as a cost-effective option for taking work calls privately. Sadly, the product recently stopped working and no longer passes audio through the mic or earpiece. Although I wasn't excited about the item failing, I didn't get too mad because I recalled it coming with a 2-year warranty...and the product is only one year old. Unfortunately, I reached out to the seller via the support email provided in the original box and I haven't heard back about how to get a replacement device. I've now been without a working device for over a week, which makes virtual meetings very challenging when I'm in the office. I guess I'll just have to wait to see if the company will stand behind their product and warranty. Definitely wished the customer service was a bit more prompt and responsive.

I would change warning talk to a beep sound, because until it says "your mike is now connected" you miss what they are saying on the other end. I was desperately looking for a headset with a noise-canceling microphone. This turned out to be the one. Background noise is cancelled probably by 95%. Even if I move the microphone a little up/away, they can barely hear me. This resolved many issues I had when talking to clients on the phone. Now, I can walk in the street with ambulance sirens on, and motorbikes roaring. They can hear something faint, but only notice if I ask. It is a little difficult to fit it on the ear. Be careful not to touch the disconnect button. Once you learn it and get used to it, it is simply perfect. Holds the charge very long. If I use it 8 hours a day, never dies on me. Additional benefits is that, if charged fully, blue light comes on. It has on/off button, connects with the phone immediately. I have JBL also, which is good, easy to put on your ear, but has no noise cancelling feature and picks up conversations from all the way far. It is very annoying for whom you are talking to.

features are easy function. off and on button is difficult to see or find by touch, if not used to the length of mouth piece, can be a bit distracting, or you may think it would fall off or out of ear but it won't if you placed it in your ear properly. If you wear glasses depending on your frame and or shape of your ear may not fit as well over the ear, but that also would be a personal preference or taste in style. It is fairly lightweight and once you start wearing and using it you get used to it. Charges up fairly quick, Connectivity and pairing is good. appears to have a long battery life, meaning charge up in the morning or night before and your good to go all day and then some.. Distance from phone is about 40 Ft with out it being auto disconnected, but connection back within range is fairly quick as well. Quality is pretty good, Value for the money, I'd say yes. Ear piece size is pretty good but there again depends on your preference, I personally did not really care for what came with the unit for your ear, but found a style of ear piece cover that works much better. would I recommend this Yes!

absolutely hands down the best company i have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. this earpeice the k21 is absolutely hands down great in everyvway. the custoner service from this company is awesome and they have earned a life long customer. if your on the fence just buy one i swear you will like it ! great sound and base and has about a 70 ft range unblocked and about 45 to 55 with walls inbetween you and your phone. so you can walk all over without it disconnecting

These are the bomb! I got them for dictation on my computer and they work wonderful. I don’t even know how long they’ve kept a charge because I charged them up once and haven’t had to charge them since.

Ich selbst war auf der Suche nach einem solchen Headset, um während der Arbeit am Computer produktiv zu bleiben und meine Hände frei zu haben. Ich bekomme oft Supportanrufe und kann da nebenbei etwas am Computer machen. Die Hardware Die Lieferung umfasst das Headset sowie eine Aufbewahrungsbox, eine kurze Anleitung, verschiedene Ohrstöpsel und ein USB-C-Kabel zum Laden. Das Headset selbst ist gut verarbeitet, hat ein ansprechendes Design und kann bequem getragen werden. Sowohl das Mikrofon als auch das "Steuerteil" sind drehbar, so dass es sowohl auf der linken als auch auf der rechten Seite getragen werden kann. Der Standardohrstöpsel passte bei mir perfekt. Wenn das Headset nicht in Gebrauch ist, kann es in der Aufbewahrungsbox verstaut werden. Das Headset wird über einen USB-C-Anschluss aufgeladen. Funktionen und Tonqualität Die Inbetriebnahme des Headsets ist einfach: Ein Schalter schaltet das Headset ein, und eine LED blinkt, um das Pairing zu starten. Mein Smartphone hat das Headset sofort erkannt und eine Verbindung hergestellt. Nach dem ersten Pairing verbinden sich die Geräte automatisch, sobald das Headset eingeschaltet wird. Die Verbindung dauert nur wenige Sekunden, so dass das Headset schnell einsatzbereit ist, wenn das Telefon klingelt- Das Headset verfügt über verschiedene Tasten, mit denen Anrufe angenommen oder beendet und die Lautstärke gesteuert werden können. Es sitzt bequem und stabil, wenn ich während eines Anrufs durch den Raum laufe. Die Reichweite ist ebenfalls gut, so dass es problemlos funktioniert, wenn das Headset in einem anderen Raum liegt. Die Akkulaufzeit ist gut: Bis zu 10 Stunden Gesprächszeit sind möglich, und der Hersteller gibt eine Standby-Zeit von 700 Stunden an, was ich jetzt nicht getestet habe. Der aktuelle Akkustand wird auf dem Smartphone angezeigt, und das Headset kann auch mit Siri und anderen Sprachassistenten gesteuert werden. Zwei Geräte können gleichzeitig mit dem Headset verbunden werden. Neben Smartphones werden auch Tablets und Notebooks unterstützt - im Grunde alles, was Bluetooth-fähig ist. Die Tonqualität ist sehr gut. Das Gerät hat eine Rauschunterdrückungsfunktion. Während meiner Anrufe konnte ich mein Gegenüber problemlos hören, und meine Gesprächspartner sagten, dass sie mich auch perfekt verstehen konnten. Fazit Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Kauf des Headsets sehr zufrieden. Es funktioniert einwandfrei, und ich kann bei Supportanrufen meine Hände frei halten. Im Gegensatz zu meinen anderen Bluetooth-Kopfhörern funktioniert auch das Mikrofon einwandfrei, so dass mich mein Gegenüber problemlos verstehen kann. Mit der Aufbewahrungsbox kann ich das Headset einfach im Rucksack werfen und habe es immer griffbereit.

Questo auricolare vecchio stile mono è creato scenicamente per le chiamate, e si sente la differenza. Io ho diversi auricolari doppi senza filo e il fatto di avere il microfono lontano dalla bocca fa si che sempre ci siano rumori di fondo. Questo apparato invece percepisce perfettamente il suono della mia bocca e ha anche un buon sistema di riduzione del rumore. È comodo, anche grazie al fatto che viene equipaggiato con una decina di cuscinetti intercambiabili in gomma in modo da adattarsi a tutti i tipi di orecchie. La connessione è stata istantanea e senza problemi. Ha un bottone fisico (meno male!) per accensione e spegnimento, uno per gestire le chiamate e due bottoni volume. Ha tutto ciò che serve e offre un'ottima qualità del suono. Si sente talmente bene che proverò anche a usarlo come microfono senza fili per la registrazione di video!

First, I would like to mention that I received this product free of charge as a replacement for the previous model which unfortunately was broken after a while of usage. The following review however reflects my honest opinion of this product. That brings me to the customer care this company offers and it really is outstanding! They are very cooperative and reply within a very short period of time. Their goal is to solve your problem as fast and efficient as possible. Let's get to the product itself now: as mentioned above, I used the previous model (K10) and was very happy with it as well, especially since I tried numerous other brands before and was happy with none. All the other models had a rather poor sound quality and - very annoying for me - they were uncomfortable to wear in your ear. Only the K10 did sit perfectly in the ear while giving perfect sound quality. The K21 in my opinion has a little refined ergonomic design still compared to the K10 and for me feels even slightly more comfortable when wearing. It also comes with various different ear plugs so you can find the best fitting one for you. Charging is fast and the battery lasts a very long time. I use it every day to make and receive calls and after 4 days it still shows 90% charge left. If you are looking for a reasonably priced quality headset with excellent customer service I would definitely recommend this one!

Confezione molto “premium”, dove dentro vi è una bellissima custodia contenente l’auricolare e due gommini, sotto di essa troviamo altri gommini di varie misure, il cavetto usb-a ad usb-c per poter ricaricare il nostro auricolare ed infine manuale d’istruzioni e specifiche tecniche purtroppo non in lingua Italiana. La differenza tra i tanti dello stesso modello, questo è più ingombrante per chi porta occhiali, ma stranamente fa meno male all’orecchio, così vi permette di poterlo tenere per più tempo senza dover cambiare orecchio, ma comunque basta girarlo e potrete indossarlo sull’altro orecchio. Esso presenta uno slider per accensione/spegnimento, dal momento che lo accendete la prima volta, si metterà subito in modalità di accoppiamento, poi vi sono anche i tasti del volume, rispondi e chiudi chiamata, traccia avanti ed indietro, assistente vocale (google e siri) e silenziare il microfono, tutto senza dover toccare il telefono. La qualità è ottima, si sente molto forte ed anche il microfono fa bene il suo dovere, riescono a sentirmi anche con il vento (ad esempio il ventilatore puntato fisso su di me) e con rumori di sottofondo grazie alla tecnologia CVC 8.0 per la cancellazione dei rumori. Si accende molto velocemente, facile l’accoppiamento grazie al bluetooth 5.1 ed ottima anche l’autonomia, l’azienda dichiara circa 10 ore in chiamata oppure 17 ore in ascolto musica ed io non posso fare altro che confermare tutto quanto. Aggiornerò questa e le mie altre recensioni, nel caso in cui si presentino problemi o se ci dovessero essere novità. Spero di esservi stato utile.

Gutes und hochwertiges Headset, der Klang ist super. Was die meisten Headsets bisher nicht geschafft haben: Sprachaufnahmen gut verständlich aufzuzeichnen. Das war hier möglich! Es gibt immer noch einen dezenten dumpfen Klang, aber auf jedenfall verständlich und das hat bisher kein anderes der getesten geschafft. Wenn man es richtig ins Ohr bekommt, was mir (zierlich) teilweise schwer fiel, ist der Klang echt gut. Ungewohnt, da nur einseitig. Man kann die Seiten aber einfach wechseln. Hochwertige Verarbeitung, so dass ich erstmal keine Sorge hätte, dass es bald kaputt geht beim often Seitenwechseln. Es gibt mehrere Aufsätze für das Ohr innen, was echt toll ist, für mein Ohr war leider eher kein perfekter dabei. Ich hatte das Bedürfnis es für das bessere Hören, fester andrücken zu wollen. Für den Alltagsgebrauch für das Auto ist das Headset sicher angenehm. Für Spaziergänge gewöhnungsbedürftig, es hat einen Touch von Callcenter mit dem Bügel nach vorne der durch das silberen element sehr auffällt. Leider ist es durch seine Form sehr schwer und auch am Ohr extrem eng (hält zwar dadurch ganz gut, wenn man es nicht seitlich ausversehen streifend berührt) was für empfindliche Ohren nach ein paar Minuten aber ein absolutes No Go ist. Für Brillenträger auch weniger geeignet, da ggfs. der Bügel noch an den Kopf gedrückt wird, oder das Ohr weg vom Kopf. Für Menschen die eine empfindliches Ohr außen und innen haben, daher leider m.E. eher nicht zu empfehlen. Leider habe ich es wegen des "Gewichts" und des unangenehmen Drückens zurückschicken müssen.
