The food grade silicone body is dishwasher safe but the lid should be hand washed only. Extended the Spring bottle stands 22cm tall and callapsesd it measures 15cm in height. Always remove the lid to extend or collapse.

Good for drinking and packing but difficult to clean
Good bottle and extremely useful for travelling - nice to drink out of - but if you haven’t got access to a dishwasher for an occasional proper clean it can go a bit smelly.
