Ingredient base performance
I've used arachidonic acid for some time with the benefit of testosterone boosting and I always look for ingredients not the package and since both came in a inexpensive price I gave it a try and was pleased

Useful only in theory
I didn't notice any of the claims benefits, i.e. no pump, soreness, growth, etc., even at double the recommended dose. The only reason it got more than one star is there were no noticeable negative side-effects either.

Great product
I use 4 to 5 pills about 30 minutes pre workout. I get the best pumps, mind to muscle connection and contraction. This is by far the best, highest quality arachidonic acid I have used so far, and it's also very cheap. Great product

This stuff works simple as that!! As a natural athlete is hard to get a crazy pump. Not when using this tho. You can’t almost feel your muscle about to bust
