Scrubs - Season 7 [DVD]

Just watched the whole season. It's still good, but they are all getting older & the most annoying thing now to me is 'The Todd' with the same boring boring boring gags over & over. Ted & The Janitor are always good. The Aloma Wright character Nurse Roberts reapperaring as another Nurse is a bit confusing especially as the first character died!By the way, the *REAL* order to watch Disc Two in is this: 7, 11, 8, 9, 10 with the Bob Kelso leaving storyline in the right order. Having the Fantasy ep as the last one has Kelso back in charge making other writers confused with it.Will buy Season 8, but Season 9 sounds like Jumping The Shark to me, they left it 8 seasons now big changes. sounds like 'Becker' after Terry Farrell & the Bob guy left, it can only be a pale imitation of it's previous greatness.

First things first, I absolutely love Scrubs and have the DVDs for the first six seasons. And just as things were to get even better in Season 7 (originally intended to be the last ever), unfortunately, the Writers' Strike in 2007 put paid to that. As a result, a full series of 22 or so episodes wasn't created, and only eleven episodes were eventually made.Therefore, it feels that season 7 never gets going into a storyline that arcs across the episodes, and the writing feels very piecemeal. Nonetheless, if you are a Scrubs fan, you'll no doubt not mind that and love it still.The problem, though, is that at the time of writing, this DVD box set costs more than any of the previous series currently on sale. Given Season 7 has fewer than half the usual number of episodes in a season, doesn't seem great value for money. In the US, Season 8 is due to start soon, and I'd wager a bet that these two seasons will eventually be bundled. Therefore, I'll be waiting a while before ordering my copy.But if you're a Scrubs fan who can't bear to have a hole in your collection, I'm sure you'll be happy with your purchase!

Despite being in its seventh season the series shows no sign of tiredness. How they have managed to keep the superb cast together all this time is probably a mystery, although if you were in something this good would you want to leave?One episode in particular is just brilliant. I won't spoil it by giving any details, other than it's the one where a woman falls over in the park right at the start. This episode alone puts the series head and shoulders above ANYTHING else on TV, showing great imagination and execution.This show just keeps on getting better.

I love scrubs's off beat humour and have come to expect the somewhat cruel edge to the laughs - JD and the Janitor/JD and Dr. Cox / Ted and Dr. Kelso to cite but a few. This series did not disappoint and still seemed fresh despite it being in its seventh season. However, because of the writers strike and the shortness of the series it did feel a bit 'unfinished' and towards the end seemed to be a bit 'out of sequence'. This slight problem did not spoil my enjoyment, but I felt a bit like the party ended too soon! Scrubs: Complete Season 7 [DVD] [2007 ]

I joined in on the scrubs train at season 7, I knew nothing of the characters backstorys and not even exactly what was going on. I did know two things though, The show was hillarous and original. I watched every week until the last episode in the season when I decided that I wouldn't watch it until I had saw all the previous episodes.Recently I went to my local blockbuster and rented all the previous seasons (1-6) and when I watched season 7 again all the way though I found it even funnier and picked up on my jokes I didn't get the first time around. I reccomend the scurbs series to anyone and season 7 still has a special place in my heart. It may be shorter than all the other seasons but the amazing writing and acting makes up for it. Buy it.
